GGs Waterfront is seeking an Experienced Line Cook for morning shifts to join a strong team driven by a passion for hospitality and excellence. A Line Cook at GGs will always aim to exceed expectations for our guests. Our Cooks work hand in hand with our Executive Chef and aim to provide quality in everything they do. It is important that our kitchen is run with professionalism and efficiency. Our style is hospitable, fun, and fast-paced in an upscale waterfront setting, featuring Chef-driven cuisine. We are a high-volume restaurant that prides itself in taking care of people as if they were guests in our own homes. This position is best suited for someone who truly believes in bringing their best to the table every day - Someone who is inspired to make a positive impression on the people they work with.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an understanding of all recipes, prep, and ingredients.
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Have a professional knowledge base of menu/food items focused on American seafood
- Can interpret special requests and accommodate specific requirements with food preparation
- Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards

- 1-2 years full-service dining experience
