Experienced Food/Concession Stand Site Manager

`We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to manage our fast-paced Food/Concession Stand locations on the beautiful Ocean City NJ boardwalk. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the site, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to…):

• Performs opening and closing procedure
• Ensure team members are following proper policy and procedure
• Verifies inventory as required.
• Responsible for overseeing Cashiers, Prep Cooks, and Cooks.
• Responsible for communicating performance concerns according to company policy and practice to management.
• Willing to cover any open position to assure location is fully operational and company standards pertaining to the speed of service and guest satisfaction are met.
• Oversee cleanliness, product quality, customer service, food safety

Employee scheduling

• Assist in other areas in the department as directed.
• Other duties as assigned to support operations

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous management experience in food handling, sanitation, and customer service is preferred. Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment. Ability to read in the English language to effectively manage inventory and requisitions. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
