Pay: $25.00/hour
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The FlexOfficer position will be monitoring and patrolling different client sites on a variety of schedules and helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling the premise at a variety of client sites. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include working the site, writing post orders and training checklists and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Work special security assignments as required.
• Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during "high need" periods

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide first class customer service to our clients and their guests
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Prior security experience required
• Prior law enforcement/military experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
