Experienced Esthetician

Blue Medi Spa, in Sherman Oaks, CA, is looking for an experienced medical aesthetician to join our advanced aesthetic team! Our beloved neighborhood brand delivers high-end medical aesthetic services that help to increase overall wellness, within a luxury and customer-centric environment.
Client education and results are our foremost priorities, achieved through personalized treatment plans and extraordinary experiences.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in providing advanced skin care treatments result-driven body treatments to clients in an upscale, collaborative environment.
With over 20 years of practice experience and provider excellence, we ask that your focus be on delivering top-notch treatments, optimal results, and retail sales.
Requirements

• Able to work Saturdays; Required
• Current CA Esthetician/Cosmetology certification
  Relevant hands-on experience within a medical/clinical or luxury skincare space
• Proficiency in retail sales and brands (i.e., Alastin, SkinMedica, I.S. Clinical, etc)
• Advanced knowledge of all skin types, facial skin reactions and common conditions
• Ability to hit sales goals by providing genuine personalized treatments in a set time frame, as well as recommend/sell medical-grade skin care products
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork, and adaptability
• Experience with Cal-OSHA, sanitation policies, and treatments like EvolveX/Forma by InMode, Hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels, is a plus

• Hourly + Commission - TBD, Based on experience
