Position: Holistic Waxing and Skincare Specialist

Job Overview:As a Holistic Waxing and Skincare Specialist at Peonies Skin, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional waxing and skincare services with a holistic approach. You will engage with clients, providing personalized consultations, and utilizing your expertise to enhance their natural beauty while promoting skin health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Waxing Services:Perform high-quality waxing services for various areas of the body, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for clients.
Tailor waxing techniques to individual client needs, considering skin type, hair growth patterns, and sensitivities.

Skincare Consultations:Conduct thorough skincare consultations to understand clients' needs, concerns, and goals.
Recommend holistic skincare solutions, incorporating natural and sustainable products to address specific skin issues.

Holistic Approach:Embrace a holistic approach to skincare, considering the mind-body connection and promoting overall well-being.
Stay informed about holistic skincare trends, ingredients, and practices to enhance service offerings.

Client Education:Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle choices that contribute to healthy and radiant skin.
Provide aftercare instructions for waxing services, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of their treatments.

Customer Service:Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, fostering a positive and memorable experience.
Build and maintain client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services.

Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician: Hold a valid esthetician license in the state of California with a minimum of 6 months experience post graduation.

Holistic Skincare Knowledge: Possess an understanding and passion of holistic skincare practices and natural beauty solutions.

Experience: Proven experience in performing waxing services with expertise in various waxing techniques.
Previous experience in a skincare or beauty-related role is a plus.

Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a passion for enhancing the well-being of clients.

Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and continuously expanding knowledge in skincare and wellness.
