TVN Enterprises operates a suite of e-commerce websites in fashion, accessories, and other categories.
Please read this before applying: We are seeking an individual who has verifable experience with e-commerce Customer Service, listing creation, and marketing on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, and other sites. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. This is a full-time - in-office job.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, quick learner, highly organized, multi-task, diligent task accomplishment, have common sense, and be creative and responsible.
Core Job Description
- Respond to Customer Service calls, emails, messages on e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Shopify, Etsy, Faire
- Sales assistance and coordination
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Create new and update product listings across the various sales channels
- Onboarding new suppliers with data feed / scraping their websites for images, inventory, descriptions
Requirements
- Previous experience on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com, Etsy.com, Shopify, etc is a must
- Working with all aspect of selling online: listing, updating and maintaining product listings.
- Advanced knowledge of business tools including Excel,
- Strong English writing and grammar skills.
- Typing
- Professional verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong internet and computer skill
- Team player
- Work efficiently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines on time without compromise to quality
- Verifiable References
- Must be local as this is a fast hire position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
