Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm/8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Hours may vary by season.
Pay Scale: $16.50 to $22.00 an hour, depending on experience
Primary Job Function:
As a CSR, your primary responsibility will be to deliver an unparalleled client experience to both internal and external clients over the phone. You will play a crucial role in directing calls efficiently to the appropriate individual or department, minimizing hold times. Additionally, you will schedule appointments and work orders through inbound and outbound calls while supporting the administrative requirements of the Service and Installation Departments.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven client service experience.
- Previous supervisory/lead experience in a Customer Service setting.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and task follow-through.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive energy and attitude, even in challenging situations.
