Position Details:

• Downloads requirement data into CAM software for efficient integration into the manufacturing process.

• Develop machining programs incorporating appropriate tooling and feed rates for optimal production efficiency.
• Utilizes sequences to generate roughing and finishing machine paths.
• Collaborate with designers to confirm model specifications and tooling requirements for machining.
• Perform independent setups for machining operations.
• Inspect workpieces, this includes mic’s, calipers, and height gauges.
• 1^st shift: 5:00am-1:00pm
• 2^nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Monday-Friday
• Mandatory Overtime.
• Rate- $33.60-36.60/HR.

Requirements:

• High School degree or GED required.
• 4 years of molding an Machine Operator experience required.
• CNC operator experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
