We are looking for a friendly, detailed oriented candidate to join our team. We are a busy Orthopedic practice with an emphasis on quality patient care. This is a vital role as you are the first impression for our patients.
Duties:
- Answers Phones in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments based on provider's schedules and available date
- Verify insurance coverages and receive the necessary authorizations
- Ascertain that all forms are filled out and signed prior to scheduled appointment
- Bilingual highly desirable but not required
Requirements:
- Must have medical experience
Skills:
- Proficiency in HIPAA regulations
- Understanding of medical scheduling
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Orthopedic Experience a plus but not required
- Attention to details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
