Job Overview:
We are a tight nit growing cleaning company in Georgetown, TX and need some Experienced Cleaning Leads to join our team! Tons of opportunity to move up! We strive to have the most positive culture and willingly turn away difficult customers.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Cleaner to join our team. This is not our entry level position. Must have at least one year of prior experience in the residential cleaning business and experience leading and training new cleaners. High attention to detail required and willingness to be flexible and work in a fast pace enviornment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties for residential service such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming ect.
- Lead a team of cleaners and assure both high quality result and maintain a positive company culture
-Problem solver and self sufficient are a must
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning and quality control
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Leadership skills to supervise a team of cleaners
- Ability to manage inventory and launder cleaning supplies
-At least one year of prior residential cleaning experience required
-Prior lead experience highly preferred
