K-tech Kleening Systems Inc has been one of the top property restoration companies in Central and Northern Wisconsin since 1975. K-tech Kleening and Restoration is looking for an experienced Restoration Lead and Experienced Carpet Cleaner who is familiar with truck mounted extraction units.
SUMMARY:
This position's purpose is to continually exceed customer expectations for quality and service in the delivery of our disaster restoration and cleaning services. To facilitate timely and profitable delivery of all services while maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
LOCATION AND HOURS:
This position reports to the Northwoods office, 2483 Air Park Blvd in Rhinelander WI. This position may also work occasionally based on work load at our Corporate Office located at 7710 Technology Drive, Weston WI. Full-time. Monday through Friday starting around 7:30 am with occasional weekends. On-call schedule including rotating nights and weekends. 35 to 40 hours per week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing quality carpet, air duct and other related cleaning services for customers, Restoration work on smoke, fire, water damage and/or other misc. damage, inspects trucks, checks inventory equipment assigned, removes equipment from truck for each job & other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to organize, direct and control multiple activities (and perform them when necessary), exercise good business judgment in making daily operating decisions with short-term and long-term interests of the Company in mind, work effectively and cordially with a wide variety of people and situations, both pleasant and unpleasant, maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, respond effectively with time pressures, stress and rapid change . Employee must possess exceptional customer service skills. MUST have a clean driving record and posses a valid driver's license. Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job including: bending, reaching, lifting, loading, unloading & be able to lift 75lbs. Drivers License is a must. VCT Floor Refinishing Experience a plus. Industry Certifications - IICRC, NADCA, RIA a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Starting wage is based on experience. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k, vacation, paid training and paid holidays.
