The Springs at Wilsonville is hiring compassionate people wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents.
Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, dressing, transfers, and meal deliveries
- Providing warmth, companionship and patience to support residents' physical and mental health
- Working cross functionally with other teams such at food services and plant operations to ensure the best quality experience for our residents

Available positions: Starting at $17/hr+ (Wage offered based upon experience)
- Day Shift Caregiver 6:00AM - 2:15PM
- Swing Shift Caregiver 2:00PM - 10:15PM in
- NOC (Overnight) Caregiver: 10PM - 6:15AM
Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
- Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
- Previous NOC Caregiving experience required for overnight positions.
