Job Summary:
Join our team as an In-Home Caregiver for Elderly individuals with dementia, where you have the flexibility to choose your schedule. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while providing essential support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care for elderly individuals in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Engage clients in stimulating activities to promote cognitive function and overall well-being.
• Monitor and manage behaviors associated with dementia, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably with experience in dementia care.
• Understanding of dementia and its impact on elderly individuals and their families.
• Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.

Schedule:
Part-Time or Full-Time (Choose your hours based on availability)
