Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales - Process payments using Aloha POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Experience: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred - Proficiency in food handling procedures - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and increase revenue - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Basic math skills for processing payments accurately - Knowledge of restaurant operations and standards - Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
