Form of work We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Charity Server. As a Charity Server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our patrons while supporting our charitable initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to guests while assisting in the operation of our Charity events and fundraising activities.
Salary: $18 Per Hour
Location: Savannah, GA
Hours:9am to 3pm
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly as they enter the premises and assist them in finding seating.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery to guests.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
Event Support:
Assist in the setup and breakdown of Charity events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Collaborate with event organizers and volunteers to coordinate logistics and fulfill guest needs.
Collect donations and process transactions accurately, following established procedures.
Charity Promotion:
Communicate information about our charitable initiatives and fundraising efforts to guests.
Encourage patrons to participate in fundraising activities and contribute to our cause.
Provide literature and materials to interested individuals, educating them about our organization's mission and impact.
Act as a positive ambassador for our charity, promoting awareness and engagement within the community.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
