Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems
Installation Troubleshooting & Repair of mechanical, electrical, PLC system controls, CNC controls and process related issues. Provide, Plan, and Implement countermeasures based on root cause findings when troubleshooting. Provides technical training and guidance for maintenance technicians.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Read, understand and interpret schematics, ladder drawings, technical specifications and manufacture’s manuals related to repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical instrumentation and automated equipment.
2. Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical systems including, but not limited to: PLC’s, CNC’s, vision systems, robotics, electric motors, & motor controls.
3. Perform & Improve preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
4. Provide technical training & guidance to maintenance personnel.
5. Must have enough technical expertise to provide support in all business units at our site.
6. Support modifications and continuous improvement of existing equipment to improve reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Advanced PLC programming and networking on multiple platforms. Advanced troubleshooting on but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, controls & automation. System integration abilities for automation
2. Formal technical training for PLC, CNC, electrical & automation preferred.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills and professionalism with team members, other departments, and management.
4. 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or College degree in engineering or technology discipline
5. Effective communication skills in regards to training team members and presenting to management
6. Due to us being a 24/7 operation this position may require being called in for support during off duty hours.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk. The employee occasionally is required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Required to use safety glasses, earplugs and wear steel toe shoes while performing specific tasks or while in specific manufacturing areas. Works on equipment that involves hazardous environments requiring protective equipment that conforms to OSHA regulations and some physical discomfort due to temperature, dust and noise
