As an experienced Game Designer, you will be working with a team to create captivating games from conception to final delivery, contributing to the gaming portfolio of our Austin, TX studio.
Work Arrangement:
This position offers a hybrid remote and in-office experience, inviting you to immerse yourself in our creative hub at least 2-3 days a week. These in-office days are not just about work; they're about sparking creativity, fostering collaboration, and bringing game-changing ideas to life. The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $81,400 - 101,300k salary.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industry experience as a slot designer for a casino gaming company
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and skills.
- Proficient understanding in areas such as math, art, audio, hardware, technology restrictions, documentation, and UX.
