NATO Exercise Support Analyst
Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS), an award-winning contracting firm, recruiting for an exceptionally highly qualified NATO Exercise Support Analyst to support the Allied Command Transformation (ACT), NATO’s leading agent for change: driving, facilitating, and advocating the continuous improvement of Alliance capabilities. 
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Location: HQ SACT, Norfolk VA USA
Period of Performance: 5 years
Travel: Periodic
Expected Start Date: Early 2024
Overview:
The incumbent will support the development and coordination of Warfare Development in Exercises (WDiE).
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining long range schedules, coordination of the inclusion of WDiE, and coordination of Exercise Warfare Development Agenda (WDA) Exploitation Teams.
• Coordination of recommendations from OPFOR Study within the CE Persistent Preparation and develop initiatives associated with this study.
• Coordinate with ACT Warfare Development Fusion (WDF) team to ensure dependencies between WDA and WDiE are understood and taken into consideration.
• Support the development of the ACT portions of SACEUR’s Guidance for Education, Training, Exercises and Evaluation (ETEE).
• Support WDA CT&E related LODs and CE
• Identify Lessons and contribute to their Learning within the organization.
• Represent HQ SACT JFD at applicable meetings, conferences and workshops as required.
• Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, conferences and meetings relevant to exercise coordination and alignment.
• Create and staff lessons learned within the area of expertise.
• Participate in Strategic Evaluation / Observation activities.
• Support Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (EDT) experimentation in exercises.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Nationality of one of the NATO member countries.
• Bachelor’s degree and general experience in the creation of training materials.
• General experience in Combined and Joint Operations.
• Experience in the field of NATO education and training in the past ten (10) years within a complex, diverse and dynamic environment.
• Experience working in a multinational organization or NATO Command Structure / NATO Force Structure and familiarity with NATO agencies’ role in training and exercises.
• A NATO Secret Security Clearance or national equivalent at the expected start date of contract.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (Standardized Linguistic Profile (SLP) 3333 - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated high degree of proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in delivery of individual and/or Collective Training.
• Experience in the development and management of national/NATO Education and Training including Training Management Systems and/or Evaluation of Education and Training.
• Experience in evaluation teams in exercises.
• Experience in experimentation, warfare development, wargaming, lessons learned or doctrine verification in NATO or national equivalent exercises.
