Tactical Security Consultants is looking for dedicated and experienced security professionals for Executive Protection , estate security . Additional opportunities are available in our private school security programs.

Applicants must possess a valid Florida Armed Security Guard licenses (G & D). Applicants must also possess a valid Florida state issued driver's license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

The successful applicants will be highly motivated and in good physical, mental, and emotional condition. They will have extensive military, law enforcement, and/or executive security protection experience with the ability to communicate effectively. They must also demonstrate their superior leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills and have a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide for the safety and personal security of the principals and Estates.

• Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional.
• Follow operation plans and handle requirements as directed by the principal(s) and/or Tactical Security Consultants.
• Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities via proactive means, advances, and pre-planning security.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess valid Florida State (G) Armed Security Guard licenses and (D) Security Officer License.
• Must possess a valid Florida state issued Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals, to include conflict management skills to handle difficult situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information or incidents
• Additional training or certification in security, law enforcement, or a related field is desirable.
• High school degree or equivalent. College degree desirable.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
