Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to the office support staff
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Coordinate and manage office events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience in event planning
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in managing office files and records
- Familiarity with payroll processes and software is a must
- Previous experience in front desk management
- Ability to effectively communicate with vendors for procurement and management
