Our Client is looking to bring on a direct hire Executive IT Support Technician to assist their C suite end-users and provide front line IT support for the the leadership team. They are looking for someone that is very polished, professional, and carries themselves with confidence as the C suite end-users can be demanding sometimes and they expect their issues to be solved quickly. This role will be on site 5 days per week at their facility in Auburn Hills, MI. Typically this will be just a regular 8-5pm day shift role, but could require coming in a bit early on certain occasions where there are conference calls across Europe/Asia/US to ensure IT equipment is set up properly and provide IT support during these meetings.
