Job Description:
This position will provide executive level IT support to our clients executives and admin team onsite at their corporate headquarters.
• Will need to be available 24/7 for on call purposes
• Ability to travel as needed - this position will need to be onsite in Battle Creek at least 3 days per week; some additional travel to IL offices and Grand Rapids office may be requested
• Looking for someone with a technical background who has the ability to work closely and communicate at an executive level
• Someone with an AV background would be a good fit for this position (within hospitality industry)
• Day to day this person will support executive leadership and their admins with PC and windows support, mobile support, video conferencing, Microsoft teams, troubleshoot WiFi issues, etc.
• Strong communication skills required

Travel expectations / % of on-site Battle Creek vs. Remote
If there are high tier meetings and executives are all meeting it’s on us to be there and those travel expenses are reimbursed
Could be up to 6 trips per year between US locations
Further qualifying the priority skills including A/V skills specifically
Foundational understanding of everything
A lot of O365 Issues
Internet / networking
Mobile both android and IOS
If things need to be escalated to an L3, we escalate to them, handle all follow up if needed

Travel to an executives home to set-up apple TV, redo their wireless
Has a feel of a 24/7 support POC for these executives – taking calls over Christmas or Thanksgiving holiday’s…these things happen

This will be a first shift opportunity on a Contract to
Hire basis. Pay will be negotiable based on experience.
