```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Strong hospitality background with experience in housekeeping management
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels
- Proficient in floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing
- Knowledge of custodial procedures for maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Familiarity with hotel industry standards and regulations
