Executive Housekeeper

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will also supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeepers, laundry attendants, and inspectors and ensure they follow the brand standards and procedures. You will also manage the inventory of supplies and equipment and coordinate with other departments to provide excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning and floor care
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
