What will I be doing?

• Assist and act in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing and ensuring overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards.
• Plan, distribute, delegate and direct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work assignments.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
• Assist in the management of all financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
