Dog Walker/Cat Sitter- Monday through Friday

Pet Care company in Chicago Lincoln Park neighborhood is looking to hire part-time dog walker/ pet sitter. We are seeking for someone that is dependable, reliable and trustworthy, an individual who truly enjoys spending time with dogs and cats. The applicant will go through training and get a chance to meet the pets/clients that will be working with. Y

• You must own a car, a smart phone and familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods is a plus.
• You must commit to this job at least a year
• This position requires some weekends/holidays
• Regular hours are Monday through Friday- 10/10:30am-2/2:30pm
• As a pet sitter you will work as an employee, not an independent contractor
• Applicant must submit to a criminal background check
• Applicant needs to have personal or professional experience with dogs and cats: i.e. dog walking, cat sitting, daycare, kennel, or veterinary hospital
• Good employment references
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions!
• This job is for physically active and outdoorsy people who enjoy walking and do not mind being outside on extreme days.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• You must own a reliable insured car ( Bike,CTA or Uber is not an option for this job)
• Must have a clean driver’s license record
• Must have a smart phone
• Applicant must live in the city
• Familiarity of Chicago's north side neighborhoods is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 20 per week
