SalaryJOB OVERVIEW:
Supervises all housekeeping staff, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies. Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department.
REPORTS TO: General Manager.
SUPERVISES: Housekeeping Staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 year experience, or hotel management degree.
- Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
- Strong operational/technical knowledge.
- Ability to:
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Prioritize and organize tasks.
- To think clearly, can remain calm, and solve problems using good judgment.
- Follow specific directions thoroughly.
- Desire to understand guests’ service needs.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
