Executive Housekeeper

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and presentable, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any housekeeping-related issues
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, including floor care
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of housekeeping management software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of custodial practices in a hospitality setting

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
