Executive Head Chef

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to cooking.a wide range of experience including Brunch.

```Duties```
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage food costs and work within budgetary guidelines

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and recipe development
- Strong communication skills

Pay: $78,065.00 - $100,000.00 per year
