The Executive Director oversees the activities of The Village at Heritage Point to include planning, developing and implementing programs, policies and procedures consistent with Mon Health System and The Village goals and objectives and in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Ensures the mission of the organization is reflected in the services provided to residents at The Village.
Minimum Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum Experience Requirement : Five years of progressive management experience is required, and experience in senior housing, a CLAS certification and/or graduate of the Leading Age Leadership Academy is preferred. The position requires the exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents, employees at all levels in the organization and community leaders. Leadership skills to include planning, analyzing, decision making, human resources management, and financial management. Highly effective oral and written presentation skills are essential.
Minimum License Requirement : Registered Nurse preferred.
