Position Summary
The Executive Director acts as the chief executive for AltusGroup, Inc., leveraging the collective expertise and resources of member companies to achieve the organization's mission and objectives. This role demands a leader adept in fostering collaboration, driving collective action, and navigating the dynamics of a member-driven consortium.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership and Vision
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to advance the organization’s mission and objectives, leading to consistent growth and improved profitability for its members.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for innovation and expansion within the precast concrete industry.
- Drive and develop leading-edge advancement in precast systems focused to improved thermal precast performance, lightweight and process innovation
2. Operations Management
- Oversee the organization's operations to ensure it is fulfilling its strategy and delivering value to members.
- Coordinate the efforts of member companies to ensure successful completion of shared projects and initiatives.
3. Financial Management
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability.
- Lead grants and member donations to capitalize on programs available to help the group reach its goals.
4. Partnership Development
- Cultivate strong relationships with member companies, industry suppliers, academics, trade organizations and other key knowledge bodies and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration and co-opetition among member companies to advance industry-wide innovation.
5. Marketing and Advocacy
- Champion the organization's innovations and technologies within the industry, promoting adoption and recognition efforts to enhance the visibility and impact.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, effectively communicating its achievements and vision to stakeholders and the industry.
- Oversee the organization’s ongoing marketing efforts and ensuring alignment with the strategic plan.
6. Team Leadership and Development
- Organize and oversee committees or working groups, comprised of members and partners, to achieve specific goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
