The Executive Director, Information Systems, leads the Development, IT Service Management, and Cybersecurity group within the IS department. This position facilitates both technical and people leadership at all levels. The Executive Director is responsible for delivering commitments according to defined measures. This position provides IT solutions for the business, balancing budget, costs, and revenues. The Executive Director serves as a strategic partner to align IT solutions with business requirements.
You'll get a chance to:
- Lead the Development, IT Service Management, and Cybersecurity functions within IS to roadmap, instill, enact, and iterate on a cohesive technical strategy.
- Develop future vision, strategies and processes in collaboration with the VP, IS.
- Select and retain qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills.
- Coach and develop the team to elevate their performance in support of the company's growth strategies.
- Facilitate research, development and deployment of IT solutions to fulfill business functions and defines metrics for accountability and results.
- Collaborate and networks with senior leadership, various departments, and external partners to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Ensure the team provides solutions that support company profitability, competitiveness, and success.
- Balance budget, costs, security and revenues on IT projects.
- Responsible for the business value, ROI, and security of all managed projects and security initiatives.
- Establish IS policies, standards, practices and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.

Qualifications:
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IS or related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum twelve years of IS experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
