```Job Overview```
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations and providing strategic leadership to drive growth and success. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong business acumen, exceptional management skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies. This is a 1099 contract role.
**Responsibilities:
1. Overall Oversight: Provides leadership and direction to all departments within the Headquarters, ensuring alignment with the sorority's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
2. Strategic Planning: Develops and implements strategies to advance the sorority's objectives, in consultation with the Shura council and other key stakeholders.
3. Departmental Supervision: Oversees the activities of each department, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective execution of responsibilities.
4. Resource Allocation: Manages budgetary resources and allocates funding to support departmental initiatives and operational needs.
5. Communication Hub: Serves as the primary point of contact between Headquarters and the Shura council, providing regular updates on operations, challenges, and achievements.
6. Reporting: Receives reports from department members on their respective areas of responsibility, consolidates information, and presents comprehensive updates to the Shura council.
7. Issue Resolution: Addresses any operational issues or concerns that arise within Headquarters, working collaboratively with department heads to implement solutions
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborates closely with the Shura council to align Headquarters initiatives with the overall strategic direction of the sorority.
- Provides support and guidance to department heads, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving.
Leadership Qualities:
- The Executive Director should possess strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication abilities.
