Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

QUALIFICATIONS
- Three plus (3+) years of increasingly responsible culinary management experience
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and culinary best practices
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team in daily kitchen operations
- Control and manage food cost through appropriate ordering of food product
- Create and manage schedules for back of house team to ensure proper staffing and labor cost management
- Maintain company and brand food standards
- Provide support to back of house team, whether a new hire or existing team member
- Maintain and follow Health Department and company food safety practices
WORKING CONDITIONS
- May frequently need to work holidays, weekends, early mornings and nights. Hours will vary depending on the business and staffing needs
- Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 25 lbs., as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
