Job description

Full-Time Onsite with Paid Relocation

Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized organization, is seeking a dedicated Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at an esteemed location in Boston, MA!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage culinary operations to uphold the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement innovative culinary solutions tailored to diverse customer preferences.
  • Supervise and mentor culinary team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings.
  • Drive achievement of food and labor targets, optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients and guests, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
  • Implement and enforce standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and support professional development initiatives for culinary team members.

Qualifications:

  • Strong culinary background with demonstrated expertise in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in food service and hospitality.
