- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 3-5 years of senior administrative experience is required
- Must possess advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Must possess working knowledge of Salesforce
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
- Must possess a highly professional attitude and approach
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy in details, including proofreading skills is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team is required
- Demonstrated ability interacting with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization is required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Act as the point of contact for calls to the National Leader of YESS. Respond or route calls/emails as appropriate in a timely manner.
- Perform a wide variety of high-level executive administrative duties requiring the exercise of independent judgment, technical knowledge of the specific area of assignment and of overall YESS activities.
- Prepare materials of a highly confidential and complex nature where responsibilities of trust and accuracy are vital and knowledge of the organization, policies, procedures and mission are essential.
- Prepare minutes, reports, rosters, and presentations as needed from notes and verbal instruction.
- Prepare and assemble materials for meetings, coordination of meeting agendas, coordination of schedules, meeting arrangements, and reservations.
- Coordinate efforts for special projects and events, mailings, adhering to deadlines.
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate the schedule of the National Leader of YESS and other YESS senior managers.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and compilation of meeting materials as needed.
- Maintain the YESS Teams digital environment.
- Process expense reimbursements for the National Leader of YESS and vendors when appropriate.
- Assist with miscellaneous aspects of event planning. Attend meetings as needed to assist with on-site registration and coordination.
- Act as liaison for the National Leader of YESS between staff and volunteers.
- Assist in researching, writing, proofing, editing and compiling financial reports or presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the National Leader of YESS.
- Perform data entry into systems such as for: sales tracking
- Other duties as assigned.
EFFECT ON END RESULTS/ STRATEGIC IMPACT
This position provides support for a growing project and team within Y-USA. Attends group meetings and may participate in the on-going process of scaling YESS initiatives across the movement. This position must represent the professionalism of the YMCA Enterprise Shared Service team.
This position offers a base salary of $49,500.00 up to $65,900.00. Final salary offering is dependent up on required qualifications, experience, and education for this role.
