EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess complete Executive Assistant and project coordination skills at a high performing level, supporting the CEO of TAGG Worldwide, Inc., with offices in Newnan, GA and Atlanta, GA. This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high level of professionalism and 100% confidentiality. The successful candidate will understand the significance of the Executive Assistant to the CEO; this is not an administrative assistant position.
LOCATION: Newnan, GA.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Professional and articulate
- Can assess “to do” requirements by reviewing CEO communications and begin or complete all requirements
- Previous healthcare / medical device experience helpful
- Has a sense of urgency based upon importance of task at hand
- Able to interface with key internationally recognized physicians and other world medical leaders
- Able to plan heavy domestic and international travel, itineraries, and other logistics for CEO and key constituents (Travel agency will secure air and other travel.)
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Ability to transcribe precise meeting minutes
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review
- Project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain and organize electronic files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Provide administrative support to other team members as directed by CEO
- High attention to detail
- Multilingual a plus
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Strong proofreading and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with communication systems and ability to handle calls with tact and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage all CEO support activities in 100% confidence

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
