Executive Assistant Personal Assistant

Seeking an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant who is a dynamic and highly organized individual with a passion for providing top-notch executive support. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The position can lead to a full-time career with full benefits such as 401K matching, and health care. Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences
• Research 
• Schedule appointments
• Most interactions with clients will be via phone/email
• Answer inbound telephone calls/Make outbound calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Life Insurance license is a plus
