Seeking an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant who is a dynamic and highly organized individual with a passion for providing top-notch executive support. Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences
- Research
- Schedule appointments
- Most interactions with clients will be via phone/email
- Answer inbound telephone calls/Make outbound calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Life Insurance license is a plus
