Description
On Point Associates, LLC maintains a contract with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation (NA-80) Nuclear Emergency response Team (NEST).
Essential Functions
Training Program Assessment: Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of DOE training programs, ensuring they meet industry and organizational standards. Develop reports and briefings drawing on the assessment/analysis.
Validation Metrics: Develop and implement validation metrics to measure the effectiveness of DOE training and operational processes.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that they align with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop After Action Reports and Lessons Learned Reports.
ISO Standards: Ensure that all processes and operations follow relevant ISO standards.
Department of Energy Collaboration: Liaise with the Department of Energy, ensuring that all operations align with their guidelines and requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
· Strong familiarity with ISO standards.
· Prior experience with the Department of Energy is highly preferred.
· Proven track record in assessing training programs and implementing validation metrics.
· Strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Possess or ability to obtain a DOE Q or DOD Top Secret security clearance.
· The ability to obtain Specialized Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access authorization.
The candidate’s written consent to conduct a background check for the purposes of obtaining a security clearance may be required as a condition of employment.
Certain positions requiring a security clearance may require the periodic successful completion of a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
Preferred Qualifications
· Professional certifications in quality assurance or related fields.
· Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
