Essential Functions:
Sr. Consultants will be on the Professional Services team and are responsible for working closely with architects to understand the client's needs, follow project scope, understand the expected outcome, and execute projects efficiently. The person in this position will work under an architect and be assigned project based tasks and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Follow and improve existing migration processes to execute client projects with a team.
• Follow and improve existing migration artifacts (Plans, Timelines, Scope, Checklists, etc.).
• Review and execute client projects by reading and understanding statements of work.
• Work closely with the existing strong Exchange team to knowledge share and ask for assistance as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams, department heads, supervisors, vendors, and others to seek cooperation and resolve project issues
• Maintain accurate time entries.
• Obtain Microsoft Certifications via self-studying (reimbursable upon passing).
• Open to working scheduled weekends to complete migrations.

Required Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, or similar field with 3 years of experience OR equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Advanced Exchange migration knowledge, migrating to/from the following:
  • Exchange Online
  • Exchange 2013/2016/2019
  • Hosted Exchange
• Experience with being a client facing resource.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance at all stages of a project.
• Proficient with generating / updating documentation to be used as project deliverables.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access Policies, Domain Name Services, and Entra Connect.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check.
• Experience with all Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Excellent communication and self-management skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Present deliverables to clients relating to area of expertise.

Optional/Desired Qualifications

• Experience with configuration and/or usage of GCC High/Azure Government.
• Experience with AvePoint Fly SaaS, BitTitan, ShareGate, and/or PowerShell Scripting.
• Knowledge and experience with CMMC 2.0.
• Migration knowledge when migrating to/from the following:
  • GoDaddy Hosted Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • IMAP Migrations
  • GCC High
• One or more of the following:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • CISSP or Security+ Ce
  • CMMC Certified Professional (CCP)
• Secret Clearance

Work Conditions

• Work will be performed remotely, unless candidate is in Huntsville, AL and would like to come into the office. While working remotely, conditions will be determined by each candidate's workspace.
• Have ability to remain stationary for extended periods on a computer and/or phone.
• Frequently communicate with employees and clients where a camera is infrequently required.
• Limited to no travel requirement.
