This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing Gallagher's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. The role reports directly to the Client Service Supervisor of the Personal Lines E&S Team.
- Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
- Proactively manage the E&S policy renewal timeline to ensure a seamless renewal process for existing clients.
- Process all E&S policy transactions, including (but not limited to) renewals, quoting, binding, invoicing, policy checking, endorsements, and cancellations.
- In partnership with the Sales and Service teams, take a leadership role in the remarketing process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
- Ensure prompt response and delivery of internal and external correspondence relating to Excess & Surplus Lines policies.
- Maintain meticulous notes of all client interactions in our Agency Management Software, and retain and label all relevant documents in our Database.
- Proactively review and update coverage and risk details with clients.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Cultivate relationships with our Broker Partners, Sales, Service, and Private Client teams.
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- OR- High School degree/GED with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Producer's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Excess & Surplus Lines experience.
- Solid financial acumen including accounting skills.
- Experience with Applied Epic software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
