Excavation & Landscape Laborer

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Excavation & Landscaping Laborer. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in our fast-paced environment. As an Excavation & Landscaping Laborer, you will be trained by talented and skilled craftsmen who will teach you valuable skills you can use throughout your life, personal and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Assist your onsite foreman with all aspects of the job including excavation, trenching, grading, concrete and asphalt prep, laying sod, installing sprinklers, etc. Willing to do other General Contractor projects as requested.

Qualifications:

• Must be physically able to do heavy lifting (80+ lbs) and other general labor duties
• Is willing to operate or learn to operate heavy machinery
• Have the willingness to learn and take instruction
• Willing to pick up a shovel or broom
• Be tolerant of all weather conditions
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as our job sites are located in Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties
• Must be dependable, on time, and able to work on a daily basis
• Can work overtime when necessary
• The ability to load and unload machines and materials
• Work smart and efficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
