About the Job:

• The Founder (Kevin Christensen) has an eye for detail, and an eye for landscape jobs from start to finish.

Job Purpose:

• Build quality projects that exceed customers expectations.
• Be part of a team that takes pride in their accomplishments.
• Complete projects anywhere from landscaping, retaining walls, hardscape and more!
• Keep projects on schedule without taking short cuts.

Job Duties:

• Job duties include: landscaping, planting, hardscape installation, sprinkler installation, equipment operation, retaining wall construction, grading

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must have ability to think
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment
• Must enjoy work and working with others.
• Creative
• Detailed
• Hard working
• Must be able to pass drug test
• MUST BE HONEST!!!!
• Treats customers and coworkers with respect
• Efficient
• A coachable attitude and aggressive personality is far more important to us than having any previous experience. We will spend time training skills, we will not spend time training attitude.
• A self-starter.
• Experience operating heavy equipment required.
• Safety Minded.

Compensation?:

• Pay will depend on experience and work ethic. We will pay the right person well.
• We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $22 per hour. If you’re an overachiever, you can earn up to $30 per hour.
