ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Leads the HOPCo Analytics and Business Intelligence department which includes managing what data is available for use, setting the prioritization of projects, and providing overall direction of what data visualization needs to be produced in order to provide the organization decision support tools to drive results
- Chairs the HOPCo Analytics Committee
- Partners with clinics, ASC’s, hospitals across all markets to help understand their operational needs and then develop reports, tools or processes to help drive results
- Works with Revenue Cycle to provide real-time data analysis driving a robust scorecard on the collection health of every practice
- Works with owners/partners at each HOPCo market to provide operational support and analytics to drive better results
- In partnership with finance, develops the appropriate provider compensation models and subsequent tools that will assist with the ongoing management of the compensation model and align with the growth strategies of HOPCo and the respective market.
- Aids in the due diligence and integration efforts for new acquisitions providing leadership during the transition
- Represents HOPCo with physicians, external partners, and potential partners in operational support
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics/operations/data management
- MBA Preferred
EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years in hospital/clinic operations
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in data management/analytics/finance/accounting or similar data driven position
- Experience in leading a highly functional team
- Experience in providing presentations to high level executive employee, both internal and external
- Experience using modern visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
