Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Executive

This is the highest paid physician sales position in the company with the potential to make $3,200,000 per year for the right candidate with a potential to make $800,000 in the first quarter for exceptional performance.

We are looking for a highly motivated, high energy professional to cover our Maryland, Virginia DC market.

The successful candidate will have a strong track-record likely in pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales in the region. Must have a strong existing rolodex ideally with surgeons and an ability to get in to physicians quickly, explain a novel program and close them.

High energy and proven ability to sell to physicians counts highly, and some candidates have been selected who have slightly less experience but do have exception energy, sales skills and intelligence.

Our program speaks for itself and has high value for our physician partners as long as they can achieve our exceptional clinical excellence standards and produce high value for patients.

This is a very high paced sales program for winning sales executives and will be offered to one sales professional in each of our regions and is highly competitive. We choose only top tier talent for this position, recognizing it is probably the most attractive sales position in the company.

This is a position with very high compensation potential for the right candidate. Base will be relatively modest but the total compensation potential is extraordinary based on incentive compensation which is paid out every month.

Qualifications for this position:

Strong relationships with home health agencies and SNF/Hospital discharge planners

Track record of exceeding quotas

Strong team orientation, willingness to go through walls and do whatever it takes to succeed
