More specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the following: PM Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage a monthly schedule of assigned events. Event activities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and run kick-off calls with stakeholders Facilitate topic/title ideation and SME procurement Coordinate with Client Success PMs to onboard and collect materials from event sponsors Coordinate with and assist editor or host/moderator and technical production in preparing guest speakers Oversee pre-event promotional scheduling and preparations, and monitor progress Manage logistical event preparations including scheduling and record-keeping Maintain effective communication between stakeholders and provide project insight during all phases of assigned events Assist in technology preparations for events, including registration page, console creation, and social media Execute QC measures throughout project lifecycles Facilitate and execute on post-event tasks, including event reporting, and panelist, registrant, and sponsor deliverables Host Responsibilities : Serve as our welcoming and engaging high-energy brand representative for assigned live and prerecorded events. Event activities include, but are not limited to: Run training sessions on presentation platform (ON24) with subject matter experts/presenters prior to assigned events Verify that all materials are loaded and converted properly prior to event start Verify that audience-facing console is configured properly prior to event start Customize event intros Run presentation tool during hosted events and provide minor technical support as needed Welcome attendees, introduce subject matter experts, run polls, coordinate Q&A sections, and interact with subject matter experts when appropriate Initiate post-event file archive processing
