- Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
- Attend and participate in planning meeting (s)
- Assist in coordination of vendor services
- Provides on-site event support.
- Travel required (approximately 15%)

- Able to lift twenty-five pounds
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 0+ years of experience in a business to business, customer facing role
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Position requires this person to be in a commutable distance to our King of Prussia, PA headquarters location for event preparation
