We are currently recruiting Offshore Operators at all levels – A, B, and C – to support our offshore operations. Offshore Operators play critical roles in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of our offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maximizing production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor offshore equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and troubleshooting activities to maintain equipment reliability.
- Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate safety protocols to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and production data.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders tocoordinate activities and address operational issues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to safety, environmental protection, and operational performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field preferred.
- Previous experience in offshore operations or a related field is desirable but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training), HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training), and Offshore Medical Certificate, is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, typically consisting of several weeks offshore followed by an equal amount of time onshore.
