Kairos Management is searching for our next Events Associate.
If you are outgoing, independent, and enjoy learning new skills, you will excel in this role. You will be the central point of contact between the community and clients, seeking to achieve their mission through fundraising, promotional awareness, and outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Attending team meetings to discuss goals.
- Build relationships and drive brand awareness within the local community.
- Maintain professional standards in community relationships.
- Adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Contribute to a positive environment that fosters creativity and growth.
- Assist management team with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to commute to Houston everyday
- Problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong influencing, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and think strategically.
- Any volunteering experience is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, events, or public relations is a plus.
