Responsibilities:
- Track employee and client activity through technology and translate into reports.
- Respond to Managed Security Services Vendor Provider Partners in a timely manner;
- Manage/track/resolve incidents;
- Maintain an understanding of the technical components that are critical to combat attacks and remediate network vulnerabilities;
- Characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential vulnerability to client support.
- Maintain an adequate level of understanding as to the capabilities of scripting and programming that may assist with the automation of Security Operations Center processes and Security Monitoring;
- Perform additional duties as required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
